What about your orders? - Your personal information is safe with us! We do NOT sell, rent or otherwise release any information you provide while submitting orders through WoodProjects.com. All orders are processed through an encrypted secured server. These numbers are not kept or even seen by any person at WoodProjects.com. To repeat for emphasis, as soon as your order is processed, all account numbers used for billing are deleted! What about your e-mail address? - Your e-mail addresses are not captured unless you enter it voluntarily (like in a contest or directory listing). In cases I have accumulated these addresses- like during a contest- these addresses are only for my use and are not sold or distributed in any way. Comments made in e-mail or on guest forms may be published for promotional purposes- but your privacy will still be maintained! Why are e-mail addresses and phone numbers requested during ordering? - Quite simply, so we can provide the best service possible. Automatic e-mails are generated confirming receipt of your order and also advising when we receive shipping confirmation. Not providing valid e-mail addresses does not allow you to receive these notifications. Phone numbers are requested in the unlikely situation that e-mail contact is not possible or simply inadequate.
