Once purchased, unused and used bid credits are not-refundable and non-expiring. Users are asked to observe WoodProjects.com auctions and understand penny auctions before bidding.

If bids are placed and the item is NOT won, users have 24 hours after the end of the auction to apply costs of bidding toward the full retail price of the same item auctioned. The opportunity to apply bid costs toward a full price purchase is optional and soley at the discretion of the buyer.

In the event of limited quantities or difficulty performing fulfillment, bid packs may be issued in lieu of credit toward the full retail price. The substitution of bid packs for credit of a full retail purchase will be at the sole discretion of WoodProjects.com.

Bids placed will rise in increments of one penny per bid placed. As time draws to a close (e.g. 3 seconds left), it is entirely possible multiple bidders may bid at the same time. The last bid received before the counter reaches zero will be the winner of the auction.

Placing a bid in the last seconds of auction will raise the timer a pre-defined number of seconds. This gives all bidders the opportunity to bid to the level they are willing without last second 'sniping'
